3. Appointments

Customers are responsible for providing safe access to the service area. Appointment times are estimates and may be adjusted due to weather, traffic, emergencies, or scheduling changes.

4. Payments

Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing. Late or unpaid balances may be subject to additional fees.

5. Cancellations

We request at least 24 hours’ notice for appointment cancellations or rescheduling. Missed appointments may be subject to a service fee.
